Brioche sucrée aux sésames / Sweet brioche with sesames (麻蓉包, ma rong bao)

Pour 6 personnes. / For 6 persons.

Préparation: 3 h / Preparation time: 3h

Cuisson: 15 mns / Baking time: 15 min

Répétez toutes les étapes comme expliqué dans la recette du 18/07/2011 sauf la farce et l’emballage (voir photos). / Repeat all the steps as explained in the recipe of 07/18/2011 except the stuffing and the packing (see pictures).

– Farce / Stuffing:

  • 40 g de sésame moulu / 40g of ground sesame
  • 40 g de sucre / 40g of sugar
  1. Mélangez le sésame moulu et le sucre ensemble. / Mix the ground sesame and the sugar together.

PS1 -> Temps de cuisson / Baking time :

Comme on n’a pas vraiment besoin de cuire la farce, le temps de cuisson à la vapeur est réduit à environ 15 mns. / Since we don’t really need to bake the stuffing, the baking time on steamer is shorter, about 15 min.
